Our Spring Clean-Up services are customarily performed during the months of April through June.  We provide very thorough and complete clean-up that includes the following services:

• Pruning: Select hand pruning of dead, broken, or diseased branches of applicable ornamental trees (up to 10’ in height) and shrubs to correct winter damage.  Winter damage includes plant material damaged by heavy snow and ice loads.
• Plant Beds: Remove weeds and landscape debris that have accumulated over the winter. Cut back perennials and ornamental grasses. 
• Plant Care: Inspect all plants for signs of disease and pests.
• Turf: Rake and remove all landscaping debris (leaves, branches, sticks...etc) that has accumulated over the months. Turf adjacent to pavement (sidewalks, walkways, driveway) shall be edged to present a neat appearance.
• Debris:  Sweep and/or blow off hard surfaces upon completion of work.  Remove all associated landscape debris from site.
• Review: Inspect a job and walk through with you, the client (when able) to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Maintenance services are customarily performed during the growing season from April through November each year and include the following:

• Plant Bed Weed Control: Hand weed, cultivate, or spray as needed to maintain a neat and weed-free appearance. Groundcover pruned and weeded on a bi-weekly basis.
• Lawn Care: Turf cut at the height of 2 1/2" to 3" as conditions dictate. Mowing equipment and patterns shall be employed to permit recycling of clippings where possible, and to present a neat and healthy appearance. Excess clippings and debris removed. Turf adjacent to hard surfaces edged on bi-weekly basis.
• Plant Care: Perennials are inspected bi-weekly and any necessary cultural practices, such as dead-heading performed.
• Debris: Sweep and/or blow off hard surfaces upon completion of work. All associated landscape debris removed from site.

Fall Clean-Up services customarily performed during the months of October through November that include the following services:

• Plant Beds: Cut back or deadhead perennials as conditions dictate and remove annual flowers. A pre-emergent herbicide applied to applicable beds to control cool season weeds.
• Leaf Clean Up: The removal of all leaves. This is completed by using a mobile vacuuming machine that removes even the smallest leaf particles from the lawn. 
• Window Wells: Clean debris from window wells and outside stairwells as needed.
• Debris: Sweep and/or blow off hard surfaces upon completion of work. Remove all associated landscape debris from site.
