While we are on your property, we create a site map of your property so we can upload it to our site survey software. We also walk through the property with a representative from your company, discussing specific needs and establishing a professional relationship. MVP Snow 'n Lawn is a full-service snow and landscaping company, capable of handling all your outdoor tasks, but if you have other vendors, we will be happy to collaborate with them.

4. Custom Plan and Agreement

Your personalized site proposal, based on the information we gathered during the onsite visit, is usually ready for you within two weeks. This custom plan and agreement includes:

If you are signing up for commercial landscape maintenance, your plan will include details about our maintenance, mulching and fertilization services, and whatever other services you may need, including a detailed budget. You will have the opportunity to suggest changes to the proposal, and then, when it has been revised to suit your needs, we will send you an agreement form to sign.

5. Work Begins

When the proposal is approved, we can begin the maintenance or installation of your landscape. How long will you have to wait?

For an installation project, the wait time depends on our backlog.
For a maintenance project, work begins at the start of the season, typically April 1, but sometimes earlier if the weather cooperates.
For a snow management plan, work begins as early as mid-November.
